Legal Age

It is illegal for any person to sell, offer for sale, give, distribute, furnish, or provide wine, cider, or beer to any individual(s) under the age of 21. It is also illegal for any individual under the age of 21 to acquire, consume, or attempt to acquire or consume wine, cider, or beer. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase wine, cider, or beer on www.vidlcellars.com.

Delivery

Upon delivery, you will be required to show the delivery person a valid, government-issued photo identification card demonstrating you are at least 21 years old and sign an electronic or paper form or other acknowledgement of receipt. The delivery person has the right to refuse delivery to anyone that appears to be visibly intoxicated or under the age of 21 years old and refuses to present a valid, government-issued photo identification.

Returns

All purchases are final. Because this is a consumable product, we will never re-sell an item that has been previously purchased. Therefore, Vidl Cellars will only exchange items that have been damaged during shipping. Prior to returning the damaged product, customer must send photos of damaged product to:

. Once an item has been determined to be damaged in shipping, the customer will return the damaged item. Upon receiving the damaged product, the damaged product will be exchanged for the same product. If the product is no longer available, a product of equal value will be offered to the customer. Vidl Cellars will pay for shipping charges for approved returned and exchanged items.

Pennsylvania Residents

You must pick up your wine in person at the selected Wine and Spirits Store or designate at the time of order an individual(s) who will be permitted to pick up the order. Whoever picks up the order must be 21 and a Pennsylvania resident. When the order is picked up, the person must present photo identification and be prepared to sign an affidavit that he or she is 21 years of age or older, a Pennsylvania resident and that the wine is for personal use not for resale. The entire order must be picked up; no partial order pick-ups will be permitted.

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board endorses no Direct Shipper nor does it provide any warranties either express or implied, as to the fitness or merchantability of any product purchased over the Internet or assumes any liability for the use or misuse of any product. The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board will not accept any returns. All requests for the return of any product ordered over the Internet for any reason must be made directly to the Direct Shipper. For any product damaged after receipt at the Wine and Spirits Store, Consumer will be fully reimbursed for the entire cost of the order by the Board. Any order not picked up within 30 days of receipt at the Wine and Spirits Store becomes the property of the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
